This week’s headline shines a light on the medical innovation that is happening, which, in addition to the three private hospitals opening in Kuching within the next 3 years, will raise the game for the medical industry in Sarawak. What is raising blood pressures, though, is the benchmark crude Brent oil price has jumped by more than 12% from a week ago due to Israel and Iran bombing each other. Locally, business associations are raising their voices against the sudden expansion of sales and services tax (SST).
